However, when it comes to the various promises themselves: , there is a 2° pressure for performance because delivery of those promises is expected or even demanded.
operates under a 1° pressure for performance because it is absolutely essential to actively withstand disruptions and deal with setbacks and obstacles without succumbing.
However, when it comes to the various means of prevailing: , then the importance of success means there is a 2° pressure for certainty that prevailing is likely.
operates under a 1° pressure for certainty and this means that other parties need to be checked out and there should be clarity about bonds and inter-personal arrangements
However, when it comes to the various means of generating balance: , then there is a 2° pressure for acceptability because bonds will break and balance will be lost if any interactions are deemed offensive, improper or otherwise seriously unsatisfactory.
Power & Justification
The final three Groupingsenergize the process and make the attempt worthwhile:
operates under a 1° pressure for acceptability, which means that their declaration is socially sensitive. From a personal viewpoint, using any particular ability or resource in attempts must be acceptable to yourself.
However, when it comes to the various forms of drive: , then there is a 2° pressure for well-being which means feeling comfortable and even enjoying contributing in these ways is a major factor.
operates under a 1° pressure for well-being which flows from their activation of ultimate values and preferred value system as well as addressing social needs.
However, when it comes to the two sources of excellence: , then there is a 2° pressure for selflessness. Ego must be put to one side if either the highest standards of skill or correct thinking is to be developed.
operates under a 1° pressure for selflessness which means that their release is not ego-driven but a response to a situation that demands handling, no matter how challenging.
However, when it comes to , there is a 2° pressure for autonomy which should ensure that choices under selflessness are personally chosen, and therefore truly willing rather than being a result of forced compliance or calculated manipulation.
