Flow of Energies

Moving Downward

This flow has a marked resemblance to the flow identified in tackling life's moral challenges in which one moves from using motivation to showing responsibility. In responsiveness, the move is from a focus on efforts to a focus on constancy.

G7 G6 is about energy release tapping into ideals. For this to happen, I must Take the Step rather than allowing ideals to be ignored or remain fanciful with energies suppressed or dissipated.

G6 G5 is about ideals needing to activate a declaration of capabilities. This is only possible if I Master Myself and also know my limitations and the expectations of my community.

G5 G4 is about using my capabilities to develop or strengthen relationships. I have to Live Here & Now in touch with people in my circle and connected to a wider network.

G4 G3 is about mobilizing relationships in a way that assists me in enduring obstacles and hardships. This requires me to recognize and Meet Needs of the situation, of others and of my own.

G3 G is about developing endurance through applying determination. Rather than withdraw, avoid or give up, my response has to be: Yes I Must!: I have to stick in there while accepting failures will occur.

G2 G1 is about expressing determination following instilling hope. This is the basis for all attempts to rise to difficult or seemingly impossible challenges, and it demands saying: Yes I Can!.

The difference appears to be the greater generality of the Goodness framework versus the specificity of the Willingness framework.

Channels of influence between levels are always bidirectional. However, the natural flow of energies in both cases is down the Tree and that will be the focus for clarifying and labeling channels in the responsive persona framework.

The Tree pattern can now be investigated step by step starting with:
