During this investigation, the Change-RL3 and Willingness-RL7 domains resisted penetration until very recently. It is now apparent that they are linked and reveal a distinctive difference.

Primary hierarchies in 4 of the other domains—Action-PH1, Inquiry-PH2, Communication-PH5, Purpose-PH6—have elemental levels that function as categorical states or structural switches. They are present or absent, activated or inactive. We can label these Domains as static.
ClosedDetail

PH1: In acting, you either execute a movement, use a technique, deploy a response etc or you do not.

PH2: In inquiring, a concept is either defined or it is undefined. A relation is constructed or it is unnoticed. It is not possible in these elements to go part of the way.

PH5: In communicating, a stimulus or a symbol or a name exist even if they are vague, or they are missing.

PH6: In intention, a tactical objective or a priority or a value system exists or it does not exist, and this applies even if poorly formulated. There is no meaning to variations in intensity.

By contrast, Willingness-PH7 and Change-PH3 have elemental levels that function on a continuum of intensity. When active, they can be more or less energized, show major or minor forcefulness, have high or low intensity. We can label these Domains as kinetic. (In THEE, the term dynamic refers to relations and influences between elements so it cannot be applied here.)

Experience-PH4 is also kinetic in that sensations can be more or less intense, and so can images, emotions etc.

Explanation-I

Willingness can range from total reluctance through a gentle resistance to a mild positive and up to an intense wholehearted. Willingness is the delivery mechanism for psychosocial energy and it is reasonable to see that flow as being variable in nature.

Change is the disturbance of an established state which continues based on inertia. The degree of inertia and establishment will vary and therefore change will possess magnitude, rate and scale. Compare minor superficial alterations (L2) with radical structural alterations (L2).

Taken together, it appears that Willingness-RL7/PH7 is the internal potential energy while Change-RL3/PH3 is the actualization of that energy. Reluctance (little or no willingness) parallels inertia (little or no change).

There is another link of Willingness in Change related to the forced reversal of their oscillating duality:

When Willingness-PH7 elements with their selflessness pressure are forced, they convert to L3 elements with acceptability pressure and a framework for by-passing social resistance.

When Change-PH3 elements with their acceptability pressure are forced, they convert to L7 elements with selflessness pressure and a framework for allowing self-recovery.

This is the only reciprocal pair: Closed PH1 generates L2 elements, PH2, generates L4 elements, PH4 generates L5 elements, PH5 generates L1 elements, PH6 generates L5 elements.

Explanation-II

As noted above, Experience-PH4 is also kinetic in that elements like sensations, images, emotions etc can be more or less intense.

The function of Experience in endeavour is to use inner states as a reference gauge, which confirms that it is not a static switch.

In considering the Endeavour Tree, it is noticeable that Experience-L4 is the only Centre that receives flows of influence from the Willingness-L7 Centre and from both Change-L3 Centres. It also receives influences from all other Centres except Action-L1. It is therefore not surprising that its nature is kinetic.
