The Endeavour Hierarchy
THEE Note: This page is largely technical. The diagrams may help you orient yourself. See the substance in the next Topic.
Features
The Root Hierarchy is about , i.e. the form a framework that contains all other entities derived from the .
Viewed as a whole, the Root Hierarchy is a single domain of , also referred to as the . Viewed Level by Level, it contains 7 distinct psychosocial domains, referred to as , through which , and our humanity, manifest.
This means that:
- Everything that is «» is part of some .
- No can exist without someone's behind it.
This Table summarizes the Domains and their function:
| Formulae | Domains of the Will |
Process Name | Function within Endeavours |
|---|---|---|---|

Position in THEE: Root Hierarchy
Formula:
Formal Name:: the concrete manifestation of volition or effort.
Alternate Name: . (Because = Root, this name automatically fits the Root Hierarchy.)
Misleading Name: Attempt—viewed as an aspect of .
Function: The ceaseless effort of every person to live as a human being.
Properties: is the source of the myriad manifestations of willed phenomena in the psychosocial world. Because of its differentiation into Levels/Domains, is experienced as the concrete manifestation of .
Taxonomic Relationships: Looked at from above, is the manifest result of emanation from . Looked at from below, is the manifest result of condensing all human elements in the Taxonomy.
The Hub gives brief details about THEE terms, forms and processes mentioned here.
Sharpening the Focus
There is an extraordinary complexity of structure hidden within the Root Levels. Each Level has the quality of a complex domain. In exploring the domain, I found that understanding the Root Level via its emanation as a Primary Hierarchy made it easier to work with the Root Levels themselves as unitary entities.
If you do the same, you are less likely to get lost or confused by their more differentiated aspects, which belong deep within the Taxonomy. You can use the Table of Contents to see and access posted frameworks found within domains defined by Primary Hierarchies.
The () has its own complex structures, each with specific properties.

The unique capability of emanating the Primary Hierarchies will not be examined. Primary Hierarchies and all structures that flow from them will be left for examination in other Satellites.

Categories for the Entity-Levels
It is rather obvious that the entity-levels within are very different. Nevertheless, we need to formulate the most relevant differences as precisely as we can. Precision will allow us to discover and develop Root-derived frameworks with a degree of confidence.
Here are four categories (extracted from the previous Properties list) which should permit useful and unequivocal discrimination:
- The external/public manifestation.
- Benefit sought.
- Reasons for engaging with the entity-level.
- Reasons for refusal to activate the entity-level.
- Review the taxonomic exploration of each of the 7 domains.
