Employee Achievement

The framework for employee achievement will be similar in principle to the Tree for organizational achievement.


However, a person is not an organization, so the Tree for employee achievement will not be identical in practice to the Tree for organizational achievement. The prime differentiation emerges from the inner tension that generates and energizes the framework. For an employee, this dynamic duality is: «Personal Preference v Demands of Duty»

This Tree is for an employee i.e. someone working for an organization. Compare it to the Tree for Entrepreneurial Achievement which has a different dynamic tension.
