The balance between the incentives you seek and your perception of your overall position in the organization governs your willingness to stay employed. This Channel is named Satisfaction. It covers both being consciously «dissatisfied» or «not dissatisfied» as well as being positively «satisfied» or «not satisfied » as per Herzberg's theory.
