Only one Channel is necessary, joining Using Incentives-CG7 and Reporting on Employees-CG4. The balance between these two governs management's overall willingness to maintain those incentives &/or maintain existing individuals in employment.
This Channel is named Satisfaction.

Note: This is not Herzberg's satisfaction which was a matter for employees. Management satisfaction has a major procedural component. It may well involve decisions by the governing body for employees on either the top or bottom rungs.
