I might have said humanization here, but that might not have conveyed the infusion of goodness and the rejection of egotism that is intrinsic to spiritual energy. Here are some speculations with a suggested rationale:
RL1: Performance generates
because once responsibility for an activity is accepted, it must be completed and that becomes work. Not all necessary activity is pleasant or interesting, so work is required for a constructive personal existence and participation in social life. Egotism must therefore be put to one side.
RL2: Certainty generates
because once something is known, it can be stated with certainty. What is said can be questioned as to its accuracy and validity. A concern for truthfulness is the basis for honesty in communicating and hence trustworthiness and faith, even if that means tolerating shame or guilt. Egotism must therefore be put to one side.
RL3: Acceptability generates
because an individual chances of survival if entirely alone and in strange environments are very low. In infancy, helplessness makes family care essential. In later life, communities and organizations serve many needs. Dependence on a group generates a responsibility to care for the group. Egotism must therefore be put to one side.
RL4: Well-Being generates
because many capacities and qualities must be brought into play to ensure well-being. If others are involved, then it is necessary to view them as they are and allow them to contribute as best they can. Egotism must therefore be put to one side.
RL5: Understanding generates a
because reality is referred to and constructed through using language. The quality of the construction will determine whether it is life-enhancing and creativity-encouraging, or depressing and meaningless. Egotism must therefore be put to one side.
RL6: Autonomy generates
because importance/goodness is tested and weakened by pain and stress. Unlike other primal values, delight in beauty demands nothing of oneself (cf. strength, compassion) and nothing of anyone else (cf. peace, justice): it is easy and natural. Egotism is therefore easily put to one side.
RL7: Selflessness generates
because when you become selflessly attached to an other entity (thing, state or person), you relate genuinely. When the other's needs are placed before your own wishes and you care intensely, the relationship naturally becomes passionate. For such selflessness, egotism must be put to one side.
