Review

You have now seen the distinctive ways that a person decides and handles action: in situations where making decisions is important. Decisions are important in conventional enterprises, whose continuing existence is grounded in decision for action and achievement. So this Framework-Set focuses on organizations.

Now: Review the basics below before turning to the more complex world of organizations.

Then: Create a special THEE Table (called a «TET») that uses these basics. The TET lets us view all decision methods simultaneously and see their relationships from the perspective of their use.

Prepare Yourself Properly

The effective running of any organization must harness all approaches, even if some are used in a rudimentary form. Over-valuation of one approach just leads to sterile battles and artificially narrow views. You and those around you need the perspective provided by this framework.

The following sections of this THEE-Topic will look in detail at how all decision approaches get transformed and can then be integrated to ensure both individuals and organizations can achieve.

A good feel for each of the 7 approaches will be a great help for these later sections—so check out other topics in this Review section. Once you have done that, you will be able to make your preparations for the journey ahead by appreciating the TET for decision-making.
